Machines are always broken and the service sucks. There are also barely any chair to sit down on. The place is dirty and I saw a rat.

Nice but it's always dirty

Not sure what the issues were previously, but when I went in on 08/02/2012 - the place was clean; saw no indications of rats or cockroaches. Trash was taken care of, owner was quiet and kept to himself after greeting us.

Price for the washers are a bit higher than I expected, but anticipated that was because the dryers were free. Checking the prices between this place and the place I usually do laundry; it was comparable.
