I’m not the one to write bad reviews but I’m extremely disappointed. I came today at 9:00pm to wash my clothes. They say they close at 1:00am. Those hours are reflected on google, as well as in front of the Laundromat. As soon as I arrived, the guy locked the door in my face (with customers in the laundromat) and I was told that they’re closing early due to it being Good Friday. There was no sign stating that the laundromat was closing early and the hours do NOT reflect on google, and there were customers who had their clothes washing in the washing machine. I come from far away in an Uber to come and wash my clothes in this establishment and have been doing so for years, since I was a teenager & I come every 1-2 weeks but after this experience, I will never come here again. I had to wait outside in the cold for another Uber to bring me all the way back home.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Showcase Laundromat, 65 Manton Ave, Providence, RI 02909. While washing my clothes, I urgently needed to use the restroom due to being diabetic. When I asked the staff member on duty, she was very rude and told me the restroom was not available. I then asked if I could use the employee restroom right next to it, but she still refused, even after I offered to pay $10 just to use it.

This is not how a business should treat its customers, especially when it comes to a medical need. The staff’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and inconsiderate. No customer should be treated this way.

The place is very clean and large. The price has gone up a lot, almost double what it costs where I normally do laundry.

This laundromat is next to McDonald's so it's convenient for you if you want to eat lunch while you wash your clothes and this also a Taco Bells near by if you like that kind of stuff but this laundromat it's very clean and very efficient the machines work very well the ladies that work there and they're very nice if you need anything just ask them they will help you I like this laundromat sincerely Pierre
