I'm Back in the area and temporarily using this location. I am not use to paying to do laundry, or purchasing cards to do so. The price IS shocking, ( to me ) BUT I like it so far. It is exactly as the reviews say. I've only gone 4 times but it is very Clean. There is an employee always doing something to keep it that way and I LOVE that. What I love the most is that I can be out of there in an hour. I use the biggest washer they have.
SERVICE- I came with coins. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was tall, slim, darker skin tone, between 40-55 yrs in appearance. Have only seen him once.
He was VERY kind and friendly in walking me through the steps of having to use their cards to wash and dry. I Really appreciate that.

Went for the wash and fold. Very clean facility, great service from Ms. Laura who assisted my service and even called to confirm it was complete. Tech forward facility. Will be back.

Coming back to add- i have gotten to my laundry a week after using the service and everything was nice folded with dryer sheets placed inside to keep the clothes smelling fresh. Love the attention to detail and care shown to my clothes.

I’m visiting Georgia for the very first time and I was in a rush to do a small load of laundry before my flight leaves today. I was referred to Smart Laundry and meeting Shaun (or Sean), it just ended this visit on a high note. He took me through the steps of how everything works, and not to mention how clean and spacious this place is. Southern hospitality truly is a wonderful experience out here and I hope that everyone that walks through these doors gets to have a similar experience as I’m having currently. Absolutely and highly recommend this place!

Very affordable and the dryers work very well. The facility was clean, well lit. Wasn’t there all night trying to dry clothes. Everything works with your reusable card and they have staff on site.
