Staff helpful but they could benefit from more support...dificult to pack or get an dropped in client ready while try to support the client that came in to do his/her clothing. But still the staff did her best and provide me with good service.

I dropped my laundry off a little over a month ago and the service was amazing. I believe the attendants name was Haley or Heather. I was recently told the owner fired her. She was absolutely amazing, and I've actually run into her at the Cumberland Farms across the street since she was fired. Although she wasn't working, she was very approachable and very much appreciated the tip I gave since I couldn't give it to her when I picked up my laundry.

I've had 2 different occasions where the owner was rude to his employee (I'm not sure of the attendants name) and was also rude to me. Not sure if this review will help at all, but I'm going to vent regardless.... That's what reviews are for tho, right?
