I dropped my laundry off a little over a month ago and the service was amazing. I believe the attendants name was Haley or Heather. I was recently told the owner fired her. She was absolutely amazing, and I've actually run into her at the Cumberland Farms across the street since she was fired. Although she wasn't working, she was very approachable and very much appreciated the tip I gave since I couldn't give it to her when I picked up my laundry.
I've had 2 different occasions where the owner was rude to his employee (I'm not sure of the attendants name) and was also rude to me. Not sure if this review will help at all, but I'm going to vent regardless.... That's what reviews are for tho, right?

Sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. I personally mystery shop the surrounding laundromats and my prices are competitively priced. We have a loyalty program that offers an extra 10% when adding dollars to the card. We offer free soap on Tuesday and Thursday. My apologies for not having a charging station for phones. We do allow customers to charge their phone where there are open outlets with the exception behind the ATM in fear of disrupting service to the ATM Thank you please come again

Staff no longer attentive and caring and prices have gone up as quality has gone down. Owner seems not to care about anything.

I do not believe your statement is true! All the machines are available and repaired and ready as soon as possible. The staff is new and trying really hard to do a great job and several customers have recognized this. Since you and I have never met to say the owner does not care is a false accusation! Your one star review is not accurate!!

This laundry mat is disgusting had them wash my bed sheets and went home with bed bugs. The owner insisted it wasnβt from his dump of a establishment but I beg to differ. Highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Our school community highly recommends Sparkle City. Our school partnered with Sandy and Mark, the owners, who were extremely accommodating to serve the needs of our families. They are well organized and open to new opportunities going forward. It is a clean and fresh smelling establishment. She even provided donuts for our school community!! If you go to Sparkle City, you won't be disappointed with their customer service and friendly staff! Special shout out to the lovely Rochelle to was a dedicated and hard working staff member!

Staff member turned me away at 8 o'clock despite closing at 9, with only a blanket that needed to be laundered.
My apologies however last wash is 8 PM
