Cashless laundry mat. Great service. The lady at the front was very nice and understanding. She helped me work the card machine as well as the washer/dryer. The price here is also really reasonable. Free wifi available.
This place has become a joke. The machines are HIGHLY OVERPRICED & they keep going up everyday. The current night attendant is rude and I honestly don’t feel welcome when she is around. She shuts the entire place down when she arrives. You can’t use trash cans, carts, hell can barely get in and out the doors because she is constantly locking them(front door included). Go where you are treated like a paying customer !

I am a regular customer but I don't frequent laundromats. I try to patronize Speed Queen for the neighborhood ties. And I will continue to do so, but today I paid $9.65 to wash a double load of clothes! The attendant told me the machine messed up because I put too much detergent in. I absolutely did NOT! I put about 1 cup in 1st wash & 1 cup in fabric softener bin for 2nd load. It was a four load machine. I thought attendant would restart machine. She said when she sees bubbles it means too much soap! I'm like i never heard of a machine stopping for bubbles. I moved wet clothes to new smaller washer and did quick wash.

This is a common misunderstanding, and thank you for letting us know. Our machines are designed to use less water and less soap while actually cleaning better. 1 cup is actually too much for even our biggest machines. The attendant was trying to show there was too much soap, remember the front loads you are looking at the SIDE of the water and soap mixture. This leaves soap and water in your clothing at the end of cycle just like you said. However because this is new knowledge for customers and because our staff is trained much more then normal laundry attendants, they should have explained better. Please on your next visit ask to talk to Audrey the store manager.
