The experience is very awkward, every time I go there an older gentleman is in the parking, in the laundromat on the side street etc asking every person or customer for money to pay his phone bill.

I have no complaints regarding the quality of service

I have been to this location 3 times since last Thursday to wash but was unable to due to the heat. This is ridiculous and as a corporation this is unacceptable. It should be a law suit against this company for having their employees in such a horrible condition. So sad.
