I have never seen any better place to do my laundry. I just put $40 on my card and they doubled it. The person in the store is very nice, he helped me for every step ( you will need help also, everything is very fancy) and informed me for the deals. You will be paying the same money for the other laundromats and get the best quality of the service.

It's a young lady by the name Monica she very rude. She will not allow people to use the restroom,she told my son that the restroom didn't have a toilet but minutes later gave the key to another young man to use this has been a continuous thing with her in her words if I say the bathroom close it's close I'm not cleaning behind nobody till I'm ready.

Today represented the last straw in a rapidly declining experience. My wife was threatened and belittled by your manager. This gentleman represents absolute thuggery! He carries a gun in his waistline while angrily spouting about his tips.

Today he threatened to deny us, purchase bed bugs to place in our bags and fight me! For what, a tip!?!?!

For what it's worth, my wife tips often and asked this thug for his cash app to make amends for any slight. To that, he denied the payment and continued to huddle insults.

My only recourse (of respect) is to reach out to ownership here and through their LLC. I have pulled the ownership information and I will be reaching out directly to ask for resolution. This is absolutely unacceptable!

To that end, I'm ending our relationship with this establishment and going elsewhere. The fact that he is encouraged to walk around in such a manner reflects very poorly on ownership!

While I have found your services to be above par and the other staff members to be professional and welcoming this individual is boyish, threatening, and dangerous. When he eventually hurts (kills) someone, I pray they find this post as grounds for wrongful death and ownership is held responsible.

My 1st time going.. i made a mistake and started the wrong machine..(not the $3 machine).. the guy looks at the empty machine and says there's nothing he can do, i should be paying attention... and if he calls someone they are going to say the same.. my 1st time ever using a laundrymat that wont allow you to use your own card... horrible service... and if a franchised laundrymat has this type of customer service protocol, i wont be back!!!

The laundry is always clean I just don’t like when the manager is not there they locked the bathroom and take the key with them and I almost pee on myself because I had to find a restroom at 11:00 pm at night

I went to this laundry Mat on Tuesday April 13th at 3am. The young man working had a handwritten sign posted “CLOSE At 2:30 to 2:30 for Cleaning”. He was not cleaning when I knocked at the door, he was leaning against a washing machine talking to a customer who was inside. This laundry mat is a 24hour service location as seen on the website. Since they’ve hired this new person I’ve been having issues at this location. The last time, I tried to get assistance with the card machine I had to wake him up. He said “If it’s not working for you, it won’t work for me.” What?

It was an extreme inconvenience to have to go to another location. I wash at this time because it is the only time I have available. He told me that this closing time was approved & to go to another location if I couldn’t wait until 4:30am. I had no choice but to got to The Headland location by Greenbrier. The site manager Kenya was a real help. While I was there other customers said they had issues with this young man as well. I believe his name is “L”, or at least that’s what he told me.

My experiences at the Oak St location before this new hire was fir the most part pleasant. However if he is still there I’ll have to find other arrangements.
