Wow! I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 4 years and cannot believe I just found this gem! Very nice, very clean, tons of washers and dryers, no indoor smoking (like the rest of the laundry mats over here—- GROSS). No need to get quarters you can load a card w debit/credit card. This is definitely the new laundry spot for my family!

Two stars for ample seating area and electrical outlets. What I don't like about this laundry mat is the bill split machine do not work to break large bills. It cost $1 for the laundry card. And each dryer costs $2.75 for only 30 minutes. I will not be back.

Sidenote: I forgot to mention their bathroom for the customers is "out of order", locked, and unavoidable to paying customers. Other laundry facilities I have been to have bathrooms that are available and work. Regarding the dryer, my clothes were dry for the most part after 38 minutes ( I had to add more money to the $2.75 for clothes to get dry).

I finally found a laundry mat that I love! I've been here twice so far and haven't had any issue either time. This place is fairly new. It's very clean. The washers and dryers work VERY WELL! It's a fairly decent price to wash and dry. This will be my go to laundry mat. I love how you use a card rather putting coins in the machines. It's not hard to put the money on your card and the money I have left over on my card, I'll just use it when I visit again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always monitoring and making sure it's clean! My favorite thing about this location is that they are open 24 HOURS!!!! I like going late night around 2 or 3 in the morning when it's less crowded. I work night shift as a security officer so it works out nice. I'd definitely recommend this location to everyone I know.

So I read a review to and decided to come to this laundry matt I came in all Happy New to the Area I just moved to and came in gave the laundry attendant 20$ to give me change for a 10$ bill she politely walked me to the machine where in front of both of us sicked my 20$ up and never gave it again. The attendant took it apon herself to call the supervisor named EBONY She Was so rude and told me Oh WELL SORRY IM IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND YOULL HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY. MY LAST 20$ ANOTHER WOMEN ALSO MAD ABOUT HWR 50$ BEING TAKEN AND NEVER RETURED FOR 2 IN A HALF WEEKS. I WILL NEVER WASH HERE AGAIN. MY MONEY COMES TO HARD AND I AINT GOIN TO JAIL FOR NO ONE. DONT USE THIS FACILITY THEY DONT KEEP CASH OR ANY MONEY FOR A REFUND

The first time i came it was great. The 2nd time was terrible Why?the money machine was dyfunctional gave me an error message to contact the attendant. When i did he told me to leave Because of people want to use the machine.Per him words, when i swipe i was damaging the card reader.He called the police because after paying$6.00 to wash he didnt wat me to dry there...he's right i will not wash or dry there.

A wonderful, well priced facility. It is spacious, bright, modern and super clean. The machines are highly efficient and offer add-ons like extra wash and extra rinse, along with delicate cycles at various temperature settings. The dryers are large and powerful; I have not ever had to run the dryer twice because it thoroughly dries my loads in one cycle. They have free wifi, tablets for kids, plenty of tables for folding clothes, and an abundant supply of laundry carts. The biggest plus is sliding doors that open automatically, so you dont have to struggle entering the facility while holding your laundry.
I discovered this place through a friend's suggestion, and now I'm hooked. I've told co- workers and family about it. I am so happy to have this awesome place in the west end. I travel here from 4th ward just to do laundry.
