Place was really clean and nice but the woman at the front desk as so rude and unprofessional. She got mad because i don't return the car to place wjere i got it. Isnt that her job? I called myself helping out by getting my clothes as close to yhe door as i could so and employees would not have to het it from outaide. Woman just had an attitide and acted like people bwherbothering her .Just nast. That was today i went

Lady at the front desk is beyond rude and clearly doesn't want her job. She just sits there on her phone. Doesn't speak/greet you and gives a terrible attitude when you need assistance. Seems like a nice place but she's awful for business. Never again.

I love this spot. Ylonda was pleasant and great at her job. Pricing is reasonable for same day wash, dry and fold as well. Ylonda found my wife’s hard drive and separated it keeping it nice and safe. Thank you for everything!

Staff are rude and make customer's carry there clothes to their cars although they have carts.. Employees block front parking for their personal cars, including handicapped. I'm sending pics to corporate. This is ridiculous
I usually go to the laundromat faith every week. This morning I called and the person who I talk to told me that they was open. After taking a Uber with my 3 month and daughter and bring my clothes inside the young lady says I can wash my clothes but me and my kids have to wait outside. I understand what’s going on in the world but to tell someone with a infant that they have to sit outside is crazy. Then on top of that she didn’t even want me to wait inside for the Uber to come back to pick us up. I will never spend another dime here again.
Two days ago my husband was here doing laundry for a couple of hours. When he asked for the key to the restroom the lady said, “They didn’t leave me a key.” Today, we’re back and when I asked for the key - same lady, same answer. I asked, “Well, where do you use the restroom?” She told me there’s an employee restroom. She suggested I go to Popeyes or Planet Fitness where I am NOT spending my money. Maybe “they” don’t trust her with the key. I’d hate to think she’s lying. Either way it’s pretty bad.

I love the evening crew very respectful but the night crew is horrible the men’s have no respect for no one I stood in front of the counter for 3 mins while the guy stand outside smoking looking at me then when he finish he went and sat down I had to ask him for help and he seen me standing there the machine over charge me and he told me it’s nothing they could do about it 😡 I been coming to this laundromat since it’s first open and NEVER had any problems til the NEW people overnight.
