I was simply waiting for my close to dry and keep in mind I’m homeless and I admit i was wrong for changing in the owners bathroom but it all started when I was playing around in a shopping cart and he to me not to do that and I understand that I was wrong for that but for him to tell me to leave out the store die to coronovirus while there were others inside at the time waiting for there cloths to be finished it made no sense for him to send me outside force me to put my clothes I just cleaned on the ground and wait outside for the rest of my cloths and make me leaves personal belongings behind just for them to be stolen and then threatened to beat me up behind the back of the store and keep in mind this is a manager threatening to beat me up because I said your doing the devil work and also threaten my life saying if he see me outside he’ll do something to me the manager of this store is nothing but a soulless hoodlum that knows he on the path to hell he,s very hostile warning to any one that is struggling out there this place is not worth it

I searched to find a black owned laundry mat. This place is owned by 2 white men. I thought I was putting money back into my community only to find out that I’ve been duped. I was there while they held a meeting. The white guy was telling the black employees to make sure they say “ Y’all come back naa.” I was appalled. It sounded like a slave phrase. They even bought the staff Popeyes. They have black families posted up on the screen like it’s really ran by black folks. I just can’t 🙄

The employee asked me in an irritating way if I was waiting for someone when I was waiting for my clothes to dry. I think she thought I was homeless. I told her I had clothes. The part about it was that she acknowledged me several times prior when I came in. It definitely made me feel unwelcomed. I said "You did not see me being in 4 bags"? She snapped, "I DID NOT". Wow! Guess I took too long at her facility. By the way...I used 3 washers, but one took and extra 9 minutes to complete even though I started them within 30 seconds of each other. She did allow a man that looked crazy come in and hustle a bag of candy and allowed another man to eat his meal on the folding table. Didn't run him out. I will continue to go there however due to the convenience and usually normal good service by most of your team. I don't want to let one employee stop me from taking care of business. I am 64 and enjoy the 60+ special that they have for seniors on Wednesdays.
