Very clean place, I did a small load there because I was visiting in town and the washing machine was fast, the dryer dried my clothes and I spent less than 50 minutes doing my laundry and folding.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I'm tired of being harassed by the one worker! Always asking for tips! Then today he's telling me not to come back n**%#% , then glades a wad of$20's in his car. Tells me to go to another laundry service that washes and folds. He's the only one and today was the last. What because I'm white is this why he asks, I'm doing laundry from homeless men without income at a nonprofit. He gets paid, I do this for those in need! He should be fired! If there was to be tips put up a tip jar for all the employees to split!

By far the worst experience I’ve encountered with laundromats. After having to call 8 times before someone answered to confirm my clothes was ready for pick up and driving all the way there and back only to get home and realize my clothes never got washed. Called back to explain the situation and got a bunch of excuses from the employee who then proceeded to hang up on me. Do yourself a favor and choose a different laundromat to give your business to.

The lady on first shift told me and my disabled mother we couldn't use the baskets because she was in fear that we would mess out her laundry I'm taking out a lawsuit because my mother had to help me with the clothes now her back is messed up. She is short and has short hair

This place is a scam.

They don't let you pay with cash or a debit card, only with their own laundry card which you can only load $5 at a time minimum. But none of their services (wash, dry, anything) are sold in $5 increments.

The wash might be $6.75 the dry might be $2.05. That's 8.80, So you're stuck loading five at a time (or doing the calculations ahead of time, but good luck since they nickel and dime you for things like extra rinse or extra spin) trying to pay for all your loads but if you do multiple loads of laundry there's no way to accurately assess how much money you want to put on your card. You always end up overloading the card.

This would be annoying but ultimately fine, except that the card expires after a certain period of time meaning if you left $3 on your card at the end of your trip there's no guarantee you'll actually be able to use it on your next trip. It's a con.

They're just stealing money from people in amounts too small to sue over.

Go anywhere else besides Hubesch/Speed Queen (The same company trying to trick you)

Also even though it's hot in Atlanta in 2024 (everyone in here is sweating) they don't have the ac on, or more likely, don't have it low enough. It's so muggy in here with all these washers going.

The chocolate in the vending machine is completely melted. I'm drinking a Reese's cup for Pete's sake...

honestly the washers aren’t that great, they didn’t wash my clothes properly. The dryers is 2.20 for 30 minutes, 80 cents for 8 more minutes, never again.
