Hi Aaron, we are sorry you feel that way. We’d love to have an opportunity to learn how we can improve, though I’m confused about how today’s interaction would have inspired you to leave this review today. You dropped off your laundry on Saturday, and it was cleaned and ready to be picked up in less than 3 hours. You arrived this morning (Monday) at 8:00am, but our staff is not present until 8:30am. Our hours are clearly posted on our website, on our doors, on our voicemail, and on our google listing. You called later this morning, asking if you could pickup after 5pm when our staff typically leaves. My staff stayed 30 minutes late to accommodate your schedule and allowed you to pickup tonight at 5:25pm. Further, we offer free pickup and delivery to the entire Kansas City metro for your convenience, and that option is always available to be scheduled via the link in your text messages when you drop off your order. We have signs all around the laundromat indicating as such. Your interaction with my staff tonight was unremarkable (no complaints, no problems) and you thanked her for staying late. As new owners of a small business, we take our customer service seriously and have strived to bring improvements to every part of our business, including our wash and fold service. We value you as a customer and hope we can have a productive conversation in the future about how we can better serve you.

Hi Anthony, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the improvements we have made. After receiving a ton of feedback from customers, we prioritized upgrading our machines to include a larger variety of washer and dryer sizes, all brand new. Unfortunately because of this, our layout has changed slightly and the large tables we used to have no longer are size appropriate. We have plenty of tables and chairs available and are bringing in more stools to the higher top tables as well. Also, in case you weren’t aware- you DO NOT need to use card for our machines- we accept both cash and card to accommodate our customers. We do require you purchase a preloaded laundry card, but that card is customizable to your needs and gives you more options while not having to carry around pounds of quarters. We hope you will come in and try us again, and let our staff walk you through the new options. I promise, once customers give it a try, they comment on just how easy the change makes laundry day!
