Started coming here three months ago convenient near my home but since then I can’t even get three small machines in a row to do my laundry as one is broken. Machines are broken not being fixed, they used to be a button that you could hit with your foot or your knee and it would open the door for you or for handicap people to make it accessible to them that no longer works the top of the machines are dirty or filled with dust like they haven’t been cleaned in months. I’m told apparently that the owner can’t see the facility through the cameras well if you read this please come and do some required maintenance. Maybe hire another person or two because there’s so much laundry coming into you are establishment that your workers don’t have time to clean the facility as needed.

Hi Shelley, Thank you for the feedback. The service company did come out this week to work on the machines. We unfortunately lost 2 long term employees which did a number on us, but we have found one new replacement, and are working on another. Please feel free to reach out with any other concerns.
