Very friendly service. We had no clue what to do but the employee stopped what she was doing to show us how the cards and machines work. Clean and quiet. Plenty of seating. We will definitely be back!

Its was a great experience as my washer and dryer went down went to this one and talk about upgrade it is debit or credit card,laundry card only..I think it should be placed somewhere so people know that's what it is I saw people go in and only had cash and left,but the card is great pay 10 get 20 on their laundry card great deal!!!!which they sell their with debit or credit card...

Nice clean place to wash on the south side. Have not seen spills like others have mentioned (have gone at 10am and 6pm) and toilet works as it should. Prices are very reasonable for different size loads. My only issue is that when I went to dry, the machine says ".50 for another 5 min". I put two bucks in (four card swipes) and I only got a couple extra min. Took a video, too for anyone who wants to dispute. Not the worst thing to happen, but if you are trying to dry a big load, you want to get what you pay for : (

Edit: I just checked my usaa: $12 total charge for today. With my $5 wash, that means laundryplace charged me $1.50 for each swipe instead of .50. Still only got a couple extra min. My advice? Dry someplace else

Update: I went to the location on Fleur as I had a better experience there before (they take coins). The first time I went, only one of the change machines was working and the only one that could take my $20 shorted me .75. No harm no foul, coins are still short in some places (but for a lower volume location, without the Walmart crowd, this is a little surprising). The second time I went to Fleur, the drying machine would not start up after opening it to check on dryness. Had about 12min left. Not a deal breaker, but if one is trying to get laundry done in a certain window, maybe look for another place.

I like the facility, but good help is hard to find. The doors locked one night after taking a load out to my car. I called the number on the web and the worker put me on hold for over 15 minutes until after close. Then she finally got back on and said they were closed and wouldn't be able to.get my purse out of the facility. Rude.

The Laundry Place is SO clean. Plenty of different sized washers and dryers. I highly recommend this location!

Put my money in the machine to get the little prepaid card you get to start the machines, and it froze on me after putting a $20 in....I was nervous I wouldn't be able to get it back, but the attendant Abriella was SO nice and VERY helpful and had it fixed for me within 6 minutes or so!!! I honestly would have been so mad and frustrated if it weren't for her!!!! She is the reason I will use only this laundry mat when I need it! Very clean place also!!

Busy at times. Empty others. Their staff works prob 2 times a day besides the owner coming in once a week.

Sometimes it's clean others it's dirty.

Card or loyalty card only. Pay rewards even when you load 20+ at a time.

Clean store but no sinks or paper towels to clean up spills. Toilet was plugged. No toilet paper or towels in the bathrooms. TVs were off. Chairs were modern with an electrical outlet and USB ports. Like the burnt wood look. Pretty expensive too. $30 to wash and dry 3 king comforters. No attendant on duty. Probably won't be back.
