Great clean and safe place to do laundry. All machines run with debit or credit cards or you can get on of their cards, which I did because they have a double your money deal going on right now. Paid $50 got $100 loaded on my card. Also you can get notifications right to your phone on when your washers and dryers are done. This place is very high tech. Love it!!!! It's my new place to do laundry.

Clean well lit but they put a $10 hold on my debit card when I used it to start the washer. I wondered why the other washer said card declined. I checked my account and it says $20 for the laundry place. I went in to find a number to ask why. They do have like 2 8x10 signs that are not easy to see telling you this but of course I didn't see them. So I unloaded the washer I hadn't started because I only had 7 left in the bank. So my daughter sent me $10 on cash app. I went in to put money on one of their cards and it informed me there would be a 2.75% surcharge for the transaction. Nope! Nevermind! I will go somewhere else.

This place was clean. I got there as the attendant was finishing her job and she did a remarkable job. The plug in's on the chairs now they didn't all work but a few did. What a great way to charge your phone!!! I noticed that ALOT of folks will just put their laundry in and leave them return and doing this held up some folks waiting for the largest dryers like myself that needed to dry a couple blue jean quilts. But everything managed to work out. Free wifi here too. Another perk!! First time at this location and for sure will return!!!

I think Latisha at SE 14th Laundry Placeis the hardest working employee i have seen. She maintains the business clean and efficient service to customers. I believe she should get a decent raise for her work and customer she proves. That's why I use your facility.

This place is the best place to go to wash your bedding. The machines get it super clean and they are large enough and affordable. Tish, the lady who works here is very friendly and keeps it very clean. She was enjoyable to talk to and she even helped me carry out my laundry. Great service and I will be back soon!
