Every time I come here always feel right at home. Tish is always a great help from the day I started coming here she helped me with the machines and how to work them. She has the greatest personality. She does her job forward and backward she makes me feel better. Plus she’s highly intelligent and don’t know what I’d do without Tish🥰 the laundry place is always so clean and tidy she keeps it up to par always keeping busy and knowledgeable to make it be a smooth operation

I like doing my laundry there for the machines but it always seems like the ladies that work are cleaning up at night are always rude and upset that you're in there doing your laundry I spend at least $40 $50 a week in there and don't like the feeling when I have to come in and do laundry at night..... Maybe they shouldn't be there at 7:30 8:00 at night it's a little early maybe more like 9:30 to clean the laundry room if they're going to be upset people are in there using the facility Bobby Jo is ur best employee by far! She super sweet and helpful!!! She's a keeper an asset to ur company! Others should use her as an example of how to treat ur customers 💜

Dryers only work for some users apparently. Multiple people could not get the dryers to work at all after adding money and hitting the start button, but then the same dryers would start working later on for others. ???

I go to the one on the Southside, I have to say it is one of the cleanest laundromats I have been in. It's great you don't have to have quarters, it's all on a card. You can put anywhere from $5.00 to $20.00. I usually put $10.00 on my card everytime I go. If you use the laundromats much you need to check this place out. I was told they have 9 around the Des Moines area.
