Machines dont work half the time..when you fill out the paper fpr refund they dont call you back..i went to speak with someone who works there and all she said was she will speak with the owner and got an attitude with me in front of my kids i have been doing laundry here for 2 months but will gladly take my business some where else there was no need for the lady to catch an attitude when i asked for the owner name to get my proper refund since she acted like she didnt know what she was doing...
