A little pricey if you use the big machines right by the door , but they do hold a lot , and there are cheaper machines farther in. App pay ability is great. Very clean, machines available even though it was busy. Every time I've been here I've seen the employees cleaning, which I appreciated.

Very convenient and open 24 seven I use them to wash store stuff all the time prices are reasonable I think but I don’t know what prices look like at other places. The machines do a great job and that’s all I care about. They provide baskets for around laundry and there’s plenty of machines that keep everyone satisfied. Clean and doesn’t look worn out and broken. Very happy using this place.

It is up to date, modern-day laundromat, got ATM, bigger washers, vending machines, it ideally situated fast food is nearby, staff is polite and helpful.

My husband and I went to The Washhouse laundrymat in Gladstone off N Indiana today, June 25, 2025. Mary explained to us the difference in all the washers and dryers. They have several different sizes. It's great you can throw several large comforters and pillows in one washer. Time went by very quickly. The dryers also take large loads. Our quilts and pillows are too large for our washer and dryer at home. The place is extremely clean. There are benches, but if you have spine issues bring a seat cushion to sit on. The air conditioner was on so if you get cold bring a sweater. They also have vending machines but we brought our own stuff to drink. You can cash bills in the change machine. We will definitely go back.

I come here every week. It's nice to not to have to worry about quarters and just use the app. It's been a big pain to try to find quarters.

I like this place a lot, however if you come DO NOT RELY ON THE APP TO PAY! Bring coins, $1 or $5 to make change.

I have been here about 6 times and 4/6 times the app did not work, including today. So now I am waiting on my husband to come with cash. 🤦

I will come here again. Nice facility, clean and many various size machines, and lots of dryers. But Uninstalling the app right now!!

-2 stars strictly because of the frequency I come here and the app doesn't work!!

Clean facilities and pleasant attendant. She was very helpful to everyone. Prices are pretty standard. The only reason I don't give a full five stars is because the detergent dispensers weren't working and there are no paper towels in the restroom.

This laundry is brand new , no more old smelling laundry machines plus it is open 24 hours. Attendant on site . LOTS of washers of different sizes and huge dryers. It hasn't been too busy yet but I am sure as soon as word gets around it will be. Oh and the doors are automatic. I haven't tried it yet but you can also use an app. On your phone instead of quarters. What? Love it!

Bathroom was absolutely filthy pee all over the floor. It's bad enough. You have to bring your own paper towels, but you can't even clean up the piss so I had to walk over to McDonald's to pee

Pros
- Very open and spacious.
- Cleaner than some laundromats I’ve been to.
- Attendant had a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Plenty of machines available.
- Was able to use DexterPay (app).

Cons
- Pricing seemed a bit higher (but maybe that’s just because of inflation). I have access to onsite washer and dryer at the apartments I live at and they are in my building. I would think it would cost more due to the convenience factor but no….Its cheaper to wash at home. I ONLY came here because there is some work being done in my apartment building that required them to remove the washer and dryer temporarily. My go to is a laundromat in liberty but I did not feel like driving over there.

- A “Bring Your Own Paper Towel” sign on the bathroom door. THIS IS THE BASIS OF MY REVIEW. It was a major turn off to be told by a business that I have to bring my own paper towels in with me in order to dry my hands. I have never experienced this at any laundromat that I have ever gone to.

Overall, I would use this laundromat again but emergency only like today. The washer and dryers had been pulled out of the adjoining buildings of my building so I had no choice but to use a laundromat. But if I’m not tired, I rather drive to liberty to use my go to laundromat that I used before moving to Gladstone. Wash House will just a backup.
