All new machines, very nice and helpful staff. Very safe when we were there. Traveling with RV. July 2023 cost $2.50 washer, $2 dryer

This place is absolute trash. Half the machines are broken down. The floor is absolutely filthy. Theres no coins in the change machine. Theres no attendant on site to rectify any problems. I watched people get ripped off at machines. People come and unload their laundry only to find there is no way to get quarters. There is no number to call and nothing to be done about any of it. F this place. I hope they go under. Worst laundromat that I have ever been to in all of Anchorage and all of my life for that matter.

It’s OK if you need a laundromat. Sort of clean but a lot of machines out of order. For a business that runs on quarters, put a quarter machine in. Several people came in and left when they saw no place to change bills.

No restroom facilities and it seems there is never any staff there. There are no restrooms anywhere in that plaza that I can see.
