time to find a new laundry spot..... -1 star should be 0 stars now, JS.

Where is the Service for Customer Service? in a time when we all want normalcy again in our lives, this place is the worst.

#23 got me for $2.50 and soap for a full load. When we reported it, No One cared , "owned / maintained" by Hot something Restaurant.

No Quarters in Quarter Machine. I had to leave all my laundry to go get quarters from this just above homeless soup kitchen. The Young Adult or Teenager all but refused to help give me quarters as if I was wasting her time.

We spent $50! 4 loads / $50 bucks! this location makes us want to put a down payment on a 2022 washer and dryer set.

So I sent wife back to go get more assistance, to which they completely did their best to ignore her. In there tiny store/kitchen with a half full restaurant, ya can hear everyone breathing between bites when anyone is talking. After saying that they will be right there. The never came, we waited 2 hours!

We got more assistance from the customers trying to eat then from the two girls who had the giant container with rolls and rolls of quarters. As if she was collecting them for a personal collection.

Half The Dryers don't work, the timer on each dryer speeds through 20 minutes in about 15 minutes. which cost $2 just to start no matter what you are drying.

More then half the Washer Machines - don't work and only some of the non working units are labeled that they don't work. All others washers are a Vegas gamblers nightmare.

I feel sorry for the neighborhood near them who don't have laundry machines in home like we don't and can only go to that Laundry Facility.

If Laundry Machines had a heaven and hell to go to. This Place would be Limbo between life and death. Felt like where Neo got stuck between the Matrix and Real Life. Except this is real life.

I Dare Anyone to show or find a worse Laundry Facility in the State of Alaska!
