The younger guy that works here is cheating customer out there money. I rented at 2:30 and was told that truck was due 5:30 pm the next day. He nasty demeanor no customer and very anitnising. Know needs to rent from this place. The regular employees are nice. I feel sorry they have to work for him. When ask for owner name refused. Please don’t waste your time with this u-haul place.

It's convenient for free drying but sanitation is horrible and I blame the city for that show should everyone sidewalks and streets should be sanitized every week they have the workers and money to do so I have a friend that always leave work on the alone with other city workers that claims there's nothing to do supervisor tells them to stay on the clock and leave the premises but come back to clock sad especially when people are fighting to get minimum wage raised for other workers

Do not rent a U-Haul from here if you can help it. I don’t care if you get told like I did that there are no other U-Hauls in your area. Just don’t do it. This is the filthiest truck I’ve ever rented. Someone smoked in there and I have asthma so you can imagine that ride. There was candy stuck to the back of the seat, someone’s deodorant was left, sticky steering wheel some kind of brown stuff in the cup holders. I had to wipe down surfaces just to get in. If I didn’t need the truck to move immediately, I would have canceled. I called and filed a complaint with U-Haul corporate. I’m debating on disputing the charge with my credit card company because this place was trash. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I don’t even like writing recipes but Don’t not come here to wash some lady with 2 big ponytails very rude & I came here to dry she talkin about last custom is at 8:30 it was 8:35 but clearly on the door it say 9:00 very unprofessional don’t wash your cloths there
