Great staff who makes the process easy and WaveMax has a promotion running if you download the app and sign up you get $20 to go towards washing and drying . Washers have a self cleaning feature as well. Today was smooth . Definitely will be back

Wave max is a great place to do your laundry. The establishment is SO clean. The bathrooms are SO clean!! The lady that helped me load my card was SO very sweet. Her name was Wanda and truly enjoyed every minute of doing my weekly laundry!! I’m definitely coming again and again

Mrs. Sybil was the ABSOLUTE BEST, most helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely the nicest person I have ever met working in the service industry. Every single question I had was answered immediately and accurately. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say she genuinely made my time at WaveMax, laundry, comfortable, enjoyable and honestly, it felt like it used to when I could do my laundry at home.
Im sure sounds like I’m kind of going above and beyond with my review, but in reality, I’m just matching the level of her phenomenal customer service. Until my washer and dryer get replaced, and I can do my laundry at home again, I'll be looking forward to every single time I do my laundry at WaveMax.
