I really like.this location, customer services is always amazing and staff goes above and beyond to assist customers at time of entry and when you are done with your laundry. The bathrooms are always clean and they have complimentary coffee and tea pods. I would like to give a special kudos to Danielle for always being very helpful and friendly , she is very professional and knowledgeable of machines. Thanks wave max for awesome facility and amazing staff.

Always clean, well kept and staff is friendly as well as helpful. Every time I am here its clean. I have a large family so I use wave max often. Today Christina helped me with no hesitation even though she was taking care of somwehing else. This is my place for laundry!

I recently had my washing machine break down and needed an extended place to do laundry for a few wks. The ladies at Wave are absolutely amazing! I haven’t had to use a laundry mat since college, so I was a bit skeptical but the place felt clean and the staff was patient and helpful every Saturday morning while my son and I came with our 4 loads of laundry weekly. She would even run a sanitization cycle to rinse away any unseen residue before adding my clothes to make me comfortable! I have recommended this place to all of my friends in case they ever find themselves without a washer. In fact— I started to enjoy getting 4 loads of laundry done in 1 hour so much I really considered even buying another washer! The time save was a bonus as a mom. I did buy my new washer, but I definitely appreciate the staff’s help and I will always use Waze for my future laundry needs.
