Absolutely horrible service.
The staff is unfriendly. They have trouble communicating in English.
I'd dropped of my shirts for dry cleaning. They asked me to pick them up two days later. The first day i went, it was not ready. The next day, was a Sunday, and again they could not find it nor talk to me in english. A lady called up someone on the phone and asked me to talk. On the phone, the lady (assuming her to be the owner / manager) just won't listen to me, and asked me to come back the next day and leave my phone number. I was obviously annoyed. The next day, Monday. Again, greeted by employees who didn't know a single word of English. They could not find my shirts to be ready. Again, made a call to the owner. And when i complained that 'This is not acceptable at all', the owner shouts on me that 'i told you that we will give you a call when they are ready'. That is absolutely horrible behavior. When i argued that i want my clothes today itself, she was not ready to believe that i had dropped of my clothes 4 days back and kept on insisting that i dropped them off just one day before. In the meanwhile, another employee found a plastic bag underneath the cubicle, 'unwashed' of-course. They had apparently forgotten to give away my clothes for dry cleaning. Also, they would just give your clothes to some third party person to dry clean. Simply, cannot be trusted.

The machines are not doing the “rinse” cycle. Just the final rince. I brought to the attendant attention and she just shrugged. Beware! I think either the machines are broken or they “fixed it” not to rinse to save water! This is a scam!

Not sure why this place is highly rated. I’m local and Dominican and even I got attitude from the women who work here from the moment I step foot into the laundromat. I can understand (though don’t support) why they might treat gentrified populations here that way, but to be so rude and unwelcoming with paying customers is wild. We tried both drop off/pickup and using the machines and no matter which we do, we’re always looked up and down and ignored for the first few moments before finally acknowledging our drop off/pickup. They also burned several of our clothes that shouldn’t have been in high heat (sherpa, microfiber, fleece, etc.). We ended up switching to Bubbles which is only $.10 more for dropoff and has better facilities and staff. Stay away.
