Excellent customer service and very helpful. They helped me fluff out my pillows while making sure that you properly use equipment with care. Also provide a service where you can drop off your clothes and they will be secured. highly recommend this laundry mat!

I recently visited this laundromat and was extremely impressed with the brand new washers and dryers. Not only were they clean and efficient, but the option to pay via the app or coins made the process even more convenient. Plus, the feature on the app that allows you to see how many machines are available before heading over is a game changer. It saved me a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this laundromat and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of laundry services.

At first I was wow'd at how clean and spacious the laundry was at the local I went to but then I had to experience terrible customer service. One of the machines took a cycle off my card when I mentioned it to customer service they told me they couldnt assist me and use another one. The machines are over priced comparing to the other locals in the area it is also advertised as 24 hours open at the local I went to in jersey city but online it says it closes at 10pm. I would opt for the other spots in the neighborhood much better.
