The place is alright, it's right next to the projects so you'll see some odd folk walking in there. Especially homeless people.

The place is run by Filipinos.

Their washers go from $2, $2.50, $4, $5. The dryers is 25 cents for twelve minutes.

There's a few seats. Place can get crowded at certain hours of the day.

Free WiFi.

Free WiFi, I use the $2.50 washer which takes half an hour, dryers give you 8 minutes for $0.25, takes about 3 quarters on high heat to get the job done, both are well maintained, only downside is you MUST be present on the premises while your clothes are being washed and dried. Or if the machine stops and if you're not around, people may not hesitate to steal some of your clothes. Lost 2 pairs of formals that way. Lesson learnt.
