they have enough equipment to accommodate even in busy hours .it is better to avoid the weekend.best time to go is in the early hours of the morning. its open from 7 am to 9 pm. coin operated.

Customer service is not their priority, simply knowing how long washing/drying cycles are could be helpful. Don't advertise closing at 830pm if your doors were closed at 805 and all my laundry was locked in there. Terrible business practices.

Great dryers and washers. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Just be sure to watch your clothes because some interesting characters show up randomly.

This rating is only for dry cleaning I gave my jacket for dry cleaning it's not cleaned properly when I asked the staff about he ignored me i understand that he realized it not done properly but he is afraid to admit it, rest everything is good.

Been going here for the last two years whenever we have too big of a load for our machines. Dryer broke this morning, and owner refused to let me dry my wet clothes. Fine by me, I’ll take it to the other laundromat that’s just as close who has the same rule, but is going to make a one time exception. We will not be returning to Chang Sheng, I won’t be spending any more my money here. I get rules are rules, but after seeing my face for two years, is it that hard to give leniency one time because of some misfortune? Greedy greedy. Great way to loose business.
