I’ve been using Friendly Laundromat for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best spots in Jersey City to get your laundry done. The place is always clean, machines are modern and well-maintained, and my clothes come out clean and neatly folded every time.

Prices are very fair for the area, and there’s rarely a wait for machines. I especially appreciate how fast the dryers work and how comfortable the space feels — bright lighting, plenty of room, and a nice, clean environment overall. Highly recommended

I used to come to this laundromat weekly, there used to be a young girl who always cleaned and did her job. Recently I've been coming and this heavy set guy with long hair and a forearm tattoo has been there. He's lazy, steals clothes and doesn't care about the customers. The machines are almost all broken I recently had to come home with wet clothes because the guy doesn't clean the dryers. I hope management can straighten this up. I have been coming here for the last 10 years I'm friends with the owners and I really don't want to look into going to another laundromat. The level of professionalism has dropped significantly over the last month I can only hope they can improve.

It's very nice the, staff are usually on top of everything. It's normally clean. I've dropped off before and they finished fairly quickly. The dryers aren't the best but good laundromat all together. Will come back.
