I’ve been coming here for 2+ years. This is the 2nd time I had an issue drying my clothes in the last month. My load size rarely changes and it usually takes 40 min max to dry my load. I had my clothes in the dryer for over an hour and they were still damp. I try to stick to the same dryer each time I go for this reason but it was super busy. The attendant took out a huge wad of lint from the trap. They were not willing to pay for time for a different dryer.
