First time patron. It brought back memories of days of old where laundromats had attendants and the environment was kept and pleasant. To be able to pass time waiting you could watch TV. Aaah.

iWash is the better self-wash laundromat in the Freedom Drive area. Although, I usually dislike these places, Thomas’ customer service skills are excellent which puts me at ease when doing my laundry there. I would challenge all laundromats to match this locations format and employees.

Be careful, they are removing clothes from the dryer, claiming they are having problems with it, and taking your belongings while moving your items to another dryer!!! So if you not watching your clothes, they are watching you to see who leaves and steal from your load!!! #Update- you did not have my permission to move anything, I stepped outside for a smoke, and came back in and that's when you told me what you have done! Then proceeded to place what you claimed was your clothes in the same exact dryer you removed mines from! I have the call record of me calling the mat about my brand new sheets I just took off my bed, to wash and now no longer have since you removed my load! When I came back, you was gone and told the worker left that I took all my clothes! I would not go through all that if I gave you permission to touch my belongings! As much as I wash my clothes there, and just spent 60 just to have you going in my load of clothes and take from me and my family is crazy! You are a thief, and a lier! I will not be returning to your location, and will be contacting BBB!!! Your business is a complete scam, and no one should trust it!!!!

It's not the same anymore overcrowding some machines are broken down at times machines take your money been going there since they opened but other laundry mats has opened up around that area that offer a Lil more cheaper prices better washers the let people leave clothes in machines for long periods of time when they stop so it's not worth the wait

Male laundromat attendant is polite and friendly to the customers. This laundromat needs an exterminator immediately! (Unfortunately, people sometimes bring roach eggs in their dirty clothes. Roaches can also be unknowingly transported from a laundromat to people's homes and cause infestation. THIS IS A HEALTH & SAFETY ISSUE! ROACHES SPREAD DISEASE!) Also, the storefront windows are filthy and covered with handprints. Late in the afternoon when the sun is extremely bright, it shines into the storefront windows. The sun also strongly reflects off the white tiled floor, making it twice as bad. It's uncomfortable to fold clothes while being blinded by sun glare. Investing in roller shades will solve this problem. I absolutely HATE giving bad reviews. Please invest in some roller shades, some Windex for the storefront windows, and have the place exterminated by a professional exterminator. I will stop back on December 1st or shortly thereafter. If these issues are addressed by then, I will certainly give a 5-star review!
