iWash mgmt will address this concen. Our goal is to provide a good customer service where other Laundromats don't even have employees to help. iWash accepts the last load to wash at 9:15pm and to dry at 9:30pm. If you arrive before this time, the employee shouldn't ask you to leave. If you face such issue, there is a number to call on the time schedule display to discuss. Also, we ask kids not play with the cart as it can hurt them as well damage the property. It's for their safety. Iwash mgmt will discus this with the employee working in the evening shift.
