Simplicity Housesitter

The guy who runs it is pretty good at customer service and keeps a rather clean place. I am from out of state and found this place when my hotel had no laundry service. It is better ran than any laundry joint on the West Coast I have used, even if only staffed by one person or so. Good job, iWash!

Great place to do laundry the owner is great! This place is always clean and the washers and dryers are always clean and get the job done. The tables are always clean the carts stay put away neatly if not being used. I have been coming here off and on for the past 3 years and never disappointed. Thanks for taking pride in your business.

The attendant was super sweet and the place was VERY clean, both things I really appreciate. However, it was 92° today and they didn't turn in the AC. You were not allowed to use the restrooms, even if you were a laundrymat customer. And vending machine was unavailable.

Appreciate the rating and review. AC is always on but the temp stays high due to dryer heat. Also, the restroom was clogged and now it is fixed and open. If any issues with vending machine please reach out to the attendant in future.

Clean, nice people running it and for the biggest washer they have it is only $6.50. My new washer for when I don't want to wash clothes at home and just want to get out!
