Just moved in to the brand new apartment complex across the street. Place is close to my new home - big plus. Prices very reasonable. I spent a total of $3.25 to wash & dry my laundry - plus. Small play area for children - plus. Place kept very clean - plus. I might have given the extra Star had there been an employee seen around the laundry.

Rude owner🤬So I've been going here like 6mths its a lil high but it's around the corner & I only dry. Never had a problem talk to the lady owner several times before like whole conversation so boom today drying 3 loads 1 was kinda damp I tell hey fyi the dryer is not really working her yes it is, me it's not, she says it smartly again me it (F) dnt who you getting loud with I dnt care it's quarters she won't get another one outta me & I didn't even want more time & you never gonna b rude to me & I'm always nice wrong 1 she really lucky I meditate before I left the house definitely told her it's cool ill never be back.

1st time here, super clean, staff was super polite, the machines look brand new with the latest technology. I am a truck driver and this will be my NEW LAUNDROMAT whenever I come back to Charlotte..

The staff is friendly. 98% of the machines work just fine. Gets super busy on weekends. Management should post or enforce that if you're not currently using a laundry cart, to put it back. It's really annoying when people "claim" a cart by putting their detergent or other basket inside and leaving it in front of a machine. Basically saying its MINE and nobody else can use it during a 30+ minute cycle. And heaven forbid you remove those items and use the cart during their cycle, some people will verbally complain and huff and puff that you're using "their cart. It's an absurd sense of entitlement. Did you not learn to share as a child? Other than that, this place is fine and aren't really any issues.

Nice lil lady on the inside. Proces are about the same as anywhere else, except for the dryers. 3 mins for 25cents??? But overall clean place.
