UPDATE: returned with shirt to store, explained the situation, and was told explicitly by staff there is nothing they can do about the button. 1/5.

White dress shirt came back with top button missing and oddly now a cream color?? (old white shirt side comparison provided)

They also staple tags to (through) clothes: for 2 shirts I requested for dry clean they stapled through the fabric itself rather than only the tag, leaving holes in your clothes.
