This place provides excellent service. Sends you a text when finished. Great hours of operation. Been using them for couple years. Never a problem. Always fast and clothes come back clean, no weird scent, and well packaged for the home return. Thx.

They're supposed to be open until 11pm. I just showed up at 10:40 to check if my clothes were done, but they were closed. I dropped the laundry off 14 hours ago. Whether the laundry is still not done, or if it's done and they haven't texted me and closed the shop, either way is bad.

Hi Ellen. I’m sorry for your experience. We usually are always open later then our hours and let people wash after last wash. We have limited hours due to covid but are back to 7am-9pm with last wash at 7. I know this was a while back but I hired an employee that left 20 minutes early to catch a bus for about a month without me knowing and she does not work there anymore. I can assure you this problem will not happen again.
