woman who manages this place locked me inside the laundromat and refused to let me out to see my baby until I finished my laundry. It takes a half hour to wash and another 45 min to dry and I have a newborn baby who needs me and she REFUSED to let me out and threatened to keep my clothes if I left!! On top of that she insulted my newborn baby and thinks I don't understand her when she is insulting the patrons and customers in another language.

update: she forced me to remove my items from the dryer and told me to leave before the drying cycle was done because she had to meet her son for dinner

This place has been absolutely horrible since she started managing
