A very clean and tidy place, with very friendly staff, especially Diana. It was my first time visiting this place, and she very kindly explained everything and answered all my questions. This will definitely be my new go-to place for laundry.

The owners are super nice, and you can grab a coffee while you wait for your clothes. I love the concept.

Machines were all very new and well functioning. The entire facility was brightly lit and clean all the way from the coffee shop to the Banos. Customer service was exceptional with it being the most welcome I felt since moving to the Charlotte area. Keep up the amazing service you are greatly appreciated.

HANDS DOWN, the BEST laundry experience I’ve ever had!! The facility is very clean, well kept, nice new machines that work impeccably! The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, and if there is ever any issue with a machine not working properly, they are very responsive and make things right immediately. Going to the laundromat, in general, is not a fun event, but THIS laundromat makes this whole experience SO MUCH less stressful. I LOVE coming here to do my laundry!!!

Really nice, big and clean Laundromat. The washing machines are brand new and the staff is super friendly and helps when needed. They also have a cafeteria where you can sit and wait for your clothes to finish. 10/10 would wash my clothes again.
