Bad customer service and roud employee work in Sunday night , she was very disrespectful and made me forgot my stuff

Enas - I apologize that you had this experience. As I included in my response to your husband, we have a last call for using the machines, and we have allowed you both to use the machines past last call multiple times with the expectation that you wrap up before closing so our employees can close up and get home safe. When you both had washed your clothes after last call, our employees ended up closing the shop 30-45 minutes later than usual. We are always happy to accommodate our loyal customers, but ask that you respect our employees and the closing protocol we have in place. Thank you

This is the best laundry service I've ever used. They provide excellent service, fantastic cleaning, great care for the clothes, friendly staff, and fast service. I thank them for that; the clothes come back clean and neatly folded, unlike some other laundries where they might even steal your best clothes.
