they keep raising prices but don't clean their machines. when asking the worker to clean the piece of the machine where the detergent goes she said no. she said we don't clean that every day and refused to give me any help with cleaning out the caked on detergent and moldy/ brown compartment. i couldn't even get it clean myself because it was that dirty. and why should the customer be tasked with cleaning it especially when the machine prices also keep increasing. paying more and more money for them to not even clean the machines, and refuse to clean it because it isnt the "cleaning day." not to mention many are out of order for a long time
