I do want to note that I do not trust this company. I saw the bad reviews and many put but I also saw that many of the employees from “ the laundry room” put good reviews to support company that employs them. For every 1 bad review there are 6 good ones to counter them from employees so they’re ratings don’t go down to me personally as a customer makes me not want to trust this company they are liars and inside the people are nice but last wash is 9:30 what’s that about? and I machines smell musty. Do they even clean them? Makes me wonder and I felt many reviewers like myself should know this because if they lie to keep reputation up what wouldn’t they LIE about ? if you notice the first reviews were from the owners themselves . business had like 20 reviews before it even Opened up! Business Partners which is just taking advantage of people trust and making sure bad reviews go away and go unnoticed. The people are on linked it and show where they are employed here
And I also noticed when they reply to customers reviews they only interested in a 5 STAR REVIEW! You can tell they all about money and care little for customers regardless what they say. Please for those who care like I do. I had give them a try to see if it was as good say and I came find this out. Not good! I will not be coming here again. Only thing nice was the appearances. Like the color scheme as well. It was busy with no washers open from side delivery business. I also like the couches!
