Plenty of machines. Change machine available there by eliminating the need to carry change. Soap and bounce available on dispensing machine. Parking is the only challenge (but then it is no different anywhere else). Machines were well maintained.

NewBridge is always professional and delivers within the given timeframe. They also fold and categorize your laundry and arrange it accordingly so that's even lesser work for me. I'm a long time and continuing customer. Thank you!

My kids and I love New Bridge laundry service they clean and handle our clothes with extra care. They are very good washing and folding our clothes and uniform to perfection.

Though their posted hours are already somewhat inconvenient, their actual hours are even worse, closing early and opening late on an unpredictable schedule. Can't speak to their wash and fold, but I would suggest looking somewhere with more reliable hours of operation.

Destroyed a very expensive sweater I sent to them to dry clean. Took several attempts to get a response and was offered re-cleaning. When I stated that I wasn’t sure how reattempting the dry clean would repair my damaged sweater, I again received no response. A second sweater feels like it was cleaned with dish soap and left to air dry. Also sent me a couple articles of a strangers’ clothing and now I can’t help but wonder what of my own items I’m going to realize is missing.

Update: The owner did refund me for the cost of my order, but it was not enough to replace the items that were ruined. Outside of the dry cleaning disaster, as I go to wear my things that went through new bridge’s wash and fold I’ve noticed that many of these items are damaged as well. A few tops have holes in them, the strings were pulled out of my hoodies, and many items are shrunk (one that stands out is a previously oversized hoodie that now has too short sleeves and a hood that’s bunched up to the back of my neck) despite my request not to dry on high heat. I’ve used several of the other wash and fold services in JC and have never had a problem let alone to this extent. If you like your clothes, STAY AWAY!
