EDIT: They found my clothes after ~4 months and graciously allowed me to keep the reimbursement that they gave me. I've changed my review to 3 stars.

BEWARE: Lost an entire load of my laundry! NewBridge Laundry misplaced an entire load of my laundry and still hasn't found them after several weeks; although, I am skeptical that they looked very hard and, at this point, I have given up hope for them finding my clothes. I will gladly remove my negative review if they do somehow return my clothes to me since I did enjoy using their service before this incident.

The owner gave me multiple sob stories when confronted. They told me they lost the clothes of someone last year although they did end up finding the clothes eventually. The owner also told me they'd like to sell the business and that they hate themselves for getting into the laundry business altogether. Both of these stories were very concerning to me as a client and I'd be very careful of trusting these people with any clothes that you care about. I was reimbursed after confronting them for a fraction of what my clothes were worth and an even smaller fraction of what it will take to replace the clothes that were lost.

As a former business owner, I can appreciate how difficult it is to run a business; however, at the end of the day, they messed up and lost their clients' belongings. They paid me just enough that I'd go away since it's really not worth my time to fight for the rest of what I believe I am owed.

It was my first visit to get some laundry done and the first words I hear from the staff are “what do you want?” in a very disgruntled way. They’re just plain rude and unwilling to help. Will not consider coming back.

I personally hate doing laundry, so their weekly pickup service has been a huge help in reducing my stress! They come to my door, pick up my clothes, and return them clean and nicely folded within two or three days. Would definitely recommend their service!
