FINALLY 🙏 I have found a laundromat in Charlotte that is actually an acceptable place to wash my family's clothes. This place is CLEAN, safe and smells lovely. My clothes actually come out of the washer clean and smell exactly like my laundry detergent. Everywhere else I have been has left my clothes looking dingy and smelling might mildew. I am so thankful for this place.

Lots of improvements made over the past year. New washers & dryers. AIR CONDITIONING! Very clean restroom. Always staffed. Not open 24/hr anymore but that's a good thing. No more 1am wash runs when things can be sketchy.
